DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery refers to the transfer of physical possession or control of the goods to the Customer.

Shipping costs will be free, with no minimum purchase, for deliveries in mainland France or in European Union countries: delivery costs are then free to the delivery address that the Customer indicated when placing the order.

For any delivery outside the European Union or in French overseas territories, the Customer must first check that the Seller agrees to have a carrier deliver. Delivery costs will be applied
and will be communicated by the Seller to the Customer.

DELIVERY TIME

Products are delivered on the date or within the period indicated at the time of order placement.

In the absence of any indication as to the delivery date, the Seller undertakes in any event to deliver the Products within a period of thirty-one (31) days from the placing of the order.

RETURNS

In the event of a return, it must be made within 60 days of receipt of the order and is subject to the Seller's prior agreement.

The Product must be returned in good general condition, meaning that it must not have suffered any damage.

The return is only effective once an inspection of the general condition of the merchandise has been carried out by the Seller and submitted for their approval.

When the return is accepted, the refund will be made using the same payment method as that used when placing the order. The bank card or account will be credited accordingly.

Return costs from mainland France and other European Union countries are offered provided that all the conditions below are met.
