Following your return request by email to hello@babarug.com, we will confirm to our carrier that the rug will be collected and send you the return label by email to be attached to the packaging.

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you the tracking number for your package. Our warehouses are located in the Paris region.

Why? Because fringes vary greatly from one rug to another.
You can shorten them if necessary.
Be careful not to cut them too short, as this could cause the knot to unravel.

You will not have any heat loss in your room.
